Golden Rule:
Have fun! But keep in mind that what might be fun for you, isn't necessarily fun for others! - Pretty much, don't be a dick to others, we're all here to enjoy ourselves and have fun. Let's respect each other and we'll be sure to enjoy this wonderful hobby we all love.
Rules;
1) IC =/= OOC - IC actions have IC consequences and it should always be that way. If you have concerns or worries, please bring it up with the player in question in a respectful and private manner, OR bring it to the attention of the mods if you do not know how to approach the person and we will discuss the situation with both parties.
2) No godmodding - While we don't limit powers in Mirage, please respect others and let them know of what is possible within the capabilities of particular characters. Respect if they decide that they do not want to participate in such activities as not everyone enjoys feeling helpless/useless in a situation. With that in mind, remember that everything has a consequence and if you're overabusing powers or displaying incredible abilities, someone might take notice and not everyone is going to be pleasant to deal with.
3) Please do not harass other players. - Be respectful, if someone seems uncomfortable with a subject and they say they wouldn't like to continue, please respect that decision. Not everyone's into the same RP as others and it's best if we all respect each others individuality in order to better enjoy each others company and have fun as a community!
4) Label your posts if they contain NSWF material! Also, keep it under a cut if it might have subjects that might be offensive to some. While there are no limits as to what you may or may not rp in Mirage, it's best to give warnings and not have people seeing things they do not want to see.
As you have noticed, we moved from Open community, to a moderated community. This is to prevent unsavory events that have occurred in the past and you can be banned from the community if you do not change after mod warnings when breaking the rules.
